Professional Development Institute Administrator (Internal only)

The Professional Development Institute (PDI) Administrator will provide high-quality administrative and organisational support for the Professional Development Institute, ensuring the smooth running of all its operations. This role will be integral in managing the physical space of the PDI, ensuring it is efficiently maintained and available for Trust-wide activities, in addition to supporting the effective delivery of training programmes, events, and professional development initiatives across the Co-op Academies Trust.
The postholder will work closely with senior leaders, programme leads, and external partners to provide first-class administrative support, coordinate logistics, and manage resources to ensure a professional and welcoming environment for all users of the Institute.
