Our Trust CPD offer is both high quality and high profile. 

We offer a high level of support for colleagues at all levels of their career.  Our Trust offer supplements the individual academy CPD programme. 

Our Trust runs regular subject network meetings for all national curriculum subjects. Our expert team of Directors and Specialist Leaders of Education (SLEs) lead these networks.

We support colleagues with external programmes

We partner with Bright Futures Teaching School Hub to deliver our Early Career Teacher (ECT) programme and our National Professional Qualifications (NPQs). This provides a pathway from the start of a teacher’s career right up to headship! 

We supplement these programmes with our own bespoke senior leadership development programmes. And through our partners, we offer a wide range of leadership apprenticeship opportunities for both teaching and non-teaching colleagues.

Our CPD offer has shifted to a wide range of virtual meetings. Through our partners we have access to lots of on-demand CPD opportunities.
