Our ITT and Early Career Framework (ECF) programmes are led by a dedicated team. They bring together expertise from primary, secondary, special, and further education.

• Andy Gibson – Head of ECF with ITT across all academies. Andy brings years of experience as a Secondary Teacher and Leader. He designs and leads Initial Teacher Training and staff professional development. He works with all academy and Trust leaders to make sure our new teachers get the best possible start.

• Claire Norcott – Deputy Head of ECF and ITT, leading our Primary Academies. Claire has years of experience as a Primary Teacher, a member of the Senior Leadership Team, and a Senior Lecturer in Primary & Early Years, Primary & Childhood Education.
