Role Purpose: We are seeking passionate and committed individuals from across the Early Years sector to join us as Resilience Advocates. This is an exciting opportunity to champion emotional wellbeing and personal development in early childhood settings by supporting the use of the Resilience Tracker. This role would be suitable for early years professionals at all stages of their careers, including Teachers, Teaching Assistants, HLTAs, EYFS Leads, and others with experience in early childhood education. What matters most is your passion for promoting resilience in young children and your enthusiasm for empowering others to do the same. Key Responsibilities:
The role of Resilience Advocate will take place across the academic year of 25/26 and 26/27. There are 11 Resilience Advocate roles available across our 5 cluster regions. These are as follows;

Successful candidates will work collaboratively with Co-op Academies Trust and their feeder settings to;
1 hour remote/face-to-face sessions at selected PVI settings. |

Candidates must be committed to;
|
|||||||
You will be remunerated for your time each year with an R&R payment of £500, which will be split into two payments of £250, in January 2026 and May 2026. |
